Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Iveno ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on iveno.io and related pages.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used.
2. How we use cookies
Iveno uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
| Cookie / storage | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps admin users authenticated after login. Contains a session identifier linked to a hashed token stored server-side. | Until logout or expiry (typically 30 days) | Strictly necessary |
| Stripe cookies | When a customer pays via Stripe Checkout or Elements, Stripe may set cookies required for fraud prevention and payment processing. | Varies (set by Stripe) | Third-party, necessary for payments |
3. Local storage
Some pages may use browser local storage for UI preferences (for example, remembering form state during a booking flow). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except as part of normal API requests you initiate.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies (such as the session cookie) will prevent you from staying logged in to the admin dashboard. Blocking Stripe cookies may prevent payment completion on booking pages.
Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete existing cookies
- Block all or third-party cookies
- Receive a notification before a cookie is set
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy if our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
