Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Iveno, an appointment booking platform operated by Iveno ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Iveno provides online appointment scheduling, payment collection, email notifications, and related tools for service businesses such as barbershops, salons, and similar appointment-based operations. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent. Email verification may be required before full access is granted.
3. Subscription and billing
Iveno offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription fee is billed in euro as shown on the pricing page (€9.90, €24.90, or €49.90 per month depending on plan) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law.
Payment processing for your customers' bookings is handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms. You are responsible for connecting and maintaining a valid Stripe account and complying with Stripe's requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal activity
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
- Misrepresent your business or services to end customers
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of your business data and customer booking information. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your customers and for complying with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.
6. Our intellectual property
Iveno, its software, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Support is provided via email during business hours; response times are best-effort unless covered by a separate support agreement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT BOOKINGS WILL NEVER CONFLICT; DATABASE-LEVEL CONSTRAINTS REDUCE BUT DO NOT ELIMINATE ALL OPERATIONAL RISKS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IVENO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO IVENO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Iveno harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your business operations, your customer relationships, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate by providing notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your access ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal hold requirements.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Iveno's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
